● CNC-350 How to adjust Y axis backlash & X axis gib
Ans:
To solve the problem:
- Possible reason 1) The Keyless locking bush was loose , Maybe servo motor side keyless locking bush loss or ballscrewSide keyless locking bush loss , Please check both keyless locking bush and lock it completely .
- Possible reason 2) The tighten (lock) nut of Y axis ball screw was loose , So caused the Y axis movement happen big backlash , Please check the Y axis ball screw assembly and confirm the Y axis tighten nuts was complexly tighten well, Hereby we send you related video about how to replace ball screw for your reference , Please check and confirm the Y axis ball screw was assembly well , Specially check the tighten nuts was tighten well without backlash.
- Possible reason 3) The X axis gib was loose , Please check it and adjust it well , Hereby we send you video about how to adjust the X axis gib method , You just lossen the left side lock screw then use normal manpower force to push the gib from right side , Notice Just use hand to push the gib by – screw driver as our video shown. Then adjust right lock screw to touch gib end surface , then adjust The left lock screw to touch gib end surface , then tighten right side lock screw , then tighten left lock screw . Please check the X axis gib and confirm it did not losse , You can use hand to push table and check if and backlash or not ?
